SUMMER CAMPS: Run in our three centers from Monday to Saturday inclusive with a performance for parents Saturday evenings. Group classes in musical production numbers will be provided by qualified tutors.

Fee: €99 per child = €16.50 per day = an unbeatable €5.50 per hour (1 day/1 child free if you have more than one child)

Times: Primary School Children = 10am - 1pm & Post Primary = 1pm - 4pm (Post-Primary times depends on numbers)

Auditions – Young People

For “The Silver Tassie” by Sean O’Casey for performances at The Siamsa Theatre

Druid are touring a production of “The Silver Tassie” in Ireland and the UK this September and October. We are looking for five local young people to join the professional cast of 14 in this epic play at The Siamsa Tire Theatre, Ennis.

Auditions - Friday 16^th July at 4.00pm

Where? The Siamsa Tire Theatre, Tralee 

What Age? Strictly only those who will be aged 16-17 year olds in September/October. We are are looking for both young men and women.

When are rehearsals? Saturday 25^th September and Tuesday 19^th October to Thursday 21^st October at the Siamsa Tire Theatre, Tralee, (Evenings midweek and daytime on Saturday)

 When are performances ?Friday 22nd October to Sunday 24th October (Evening shows)

 What’s the part? To play a soldier or Dublin local, there will be some lines and singing required.

 Do you need to have previous experience? The ability to sing in tune and be able to follow direction is required.

 What do I need to bring to auditions? Nothing. Please wear comfortable clothes and you will be asked to sing along to a song but we will provide the lyrics.

 Do I need to register? Please just turn up at 4pm on 16th July, we will register people on arrival. It is important that you bring proof of age to the audition.
